It looks like just another birthday spanking, with him wielding some wimply plastic ruler and her looking amused and being a good sport.....
But--surprise! As we can plainly see in this picture, he ditched the ruler and switched to a leather belt--and she's taking things a bit more seriously.....

Undoubtedly she's taking things a bit more seriously now. I would like to have seen the belt's impact on that plump bare bottom though.
